TuffCubby is continually receiving submissions from all over the world—tapes, treatments, scripts, and full program proposals. Because of the sheer volume of submissions and because of our own internal development efforts, we must ask all producers to first sign the TuffCubby Submission Release Agreement. This agreement can be sent along with your material. We will not review any material without this signed agreement. We can then provide you with our consulting services based on the following understanding:

We charge a $150.00 per hour evaluation fee with a two-hour ($300.00) minimum. For this fee we will do the following:

1. Review your material.
2. Prepare a written evaluation of the material including comments and recommendations.
3. Determine the marketability of your project to cable, syndication and network television.
4. If your program is marketable, we may then present to you a co-development agreement outlining the terms of a potential partnership. Should this agreement be acceptable, we can then proceed with co-developing the project.
5. If we are unable to partner with you on the program, we will provide suggestions to other potential representatives.

Please send a check for $300.00 made out to TuffCubby Entertainment along with your materials. Video should be submitted on DVD or in VHS format. Your materials will be returned to you following our review. Your canceled check will be confirmation of this agreement.
